How accurate are the currency rates in the app?

FinTrack uses reliable financial data providers to ensure high accuracy of exchange rates. Free users receive updates every hour, while premium subscribers get real-time updates every minute.

How do I set up price alerts?

To set up a price alert:

  1. Open the currency detail page
  2. Tap the bell icon in the top right corner
  3. Select whether you want to be alerted when the price goes above or below a certain value
  4. Enter your target price
  5. Tap "Create Alert"

Note: Premium subscription is required for unlimited price alerts.

How do I restore my premium subscription?

If you've previously purchased a premium subscription and need to restore it:

  1. Go to the Profile tab
  2. Tap on "Premium"
  3. Tap "Restore Purchases" at the bottom of the screen
  4. Confirm with your Apple ID if prompted

Your premium features should be restored if you have an active subscription.

How do I change the app language?

FinTrack supports multiple languages. To change the language:

  1. Go to the Settings tab
  2. Tap on "Language"
  3. Select your preferred language from the list

The app will immediately switch to your selected language.

Can I use the app offline?

FinTrack requires an internet connection to fetch the latest exchange rates. However, previously loaded rates will be cached and available for viewing offline, though they won't be updated until you're back online.
